RepairBug is able to support your business in only one shop, or in a multi-store environment without any issues. It is up to you how many RepairBugs you wish to use. 

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription anytime. There are no lock-in contracts. You pay for what you use. No hidden fees, no extra costs. 

Can I use my own product database?

Yes. You can import your own database anytime, however, there is a pre-loaded product database in RepairBug with the latest and most popular phone cases and accessories.

How long does it take to set up RepairBug?

It is extremely easy to set up RepairBug. The software is ready to go, almost everything is set up already, you just have to provide us with your company details. 

What payments do you accept?

We make payments easy. We use PayPal which includes credit card payments as well. Subscription payment will be set up, so you don't have to worry about the payments. 

Do you provide any trial period?

We don't provide free trial however, you can test the software for 30 days as there are no lock-in contracts. We believe that our software is the best on the market. 

Do you provide training?

Yes, we do provide free online training sessions on request, but since our software is extremely easy-to-use, our customers usually don't require any training. The software also comes with built-in help feature.
